フランス人との入籍手続き4:フランスでの婚姻手続き Marriage in Franice
8/14に婚姻届が受理され、8/15には外務省でアポスティーユをもらいましたが、肝心な翻訳会社が夏休み。お盆明けの8/19に翻訳依頼をし、戻ってきたのが8/28。うっかり屋の彼が、フランス大使館の窓口が午後は閉まっていることを忘れ、8/29に大使館に提出しました。手続きに2ヶ月とは言われてるけど…はたして、彼の短期ビザの期限に間に合うのでしょうか。
ていうか、公的書類の翻訳なんて、地名と人名をアルファベットに直すだけなんだから、そんなのに7営業日もかけないでほしい。本当に非効率です。
日本での婚姻手続きは終わっても、ビザが短期なので住民票が取れず、健康保健にも入れず…言われてみたら確かにそうなのですか、あまりにも彼の立場が不安定で、いたたまれなくなります。このまま、病院もケガもせずに無事でいてほしい…配偶者ビザへの道のりは、遠いです。
Right after finishing the marriage procedure in Japan, i got an apostille in Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Though the translation company was closed due to summer vacation... We asked the translation on August 19 and they finished on August 28. 7 working days! As the document office opens only in the morning, we submitted the application to Embassy of France on August 29.
One reason to rush to the procedure in Japan is to cover his health insurance by mine. Though it can’t yet because he hasn’t have residual registration yet. When I received this reply from HR, I was so shocked. I realized his unstable status down not change at all with the marriage in Japan. I hope this procedure will be done earlier than they have explained....
