Sake review: Cho-gin 超吟

Gifted our friend, we have a chance to try cho-gin from Fukui. It is a part of Dai-ginjyo which made by polished 80% of rice. This sake is famous for gifted to emperor. 

Taste is very sophisticated, fruity. Surprisingly, this sake doesn’t taste good with foods. This would not for table sake but for enjoying the taste of sake itself.
